Vitamin D3 + K2 FAQs
Why is Vitamin D3 the main ingredient here?
Because it is. This is first and foremost a daily Vitamin D3 product. The rest of the formula is there to make that D3 product more considered, not to distract from it. We start with a meaningful daily amount of D3 and then add a small group of complementary nutrients with a reason to be there.
Why only 600 IU of Vitamin D3? Isn't that too little?
600 IU is the daily reference amount used for adults. We chose 600 IU as a considered daily baseline rather than simply increasing the number to make the product appear stronger.
So 600 IU should be enough for most healthy adults?
600 IU is intended as a daily reference intake for healthy adults. Individual Vitamin D status can vary depending on factors such as diet, sun exposure, body size, age and health.
What if I am actually Vitamin D deficient?
Vitamin D deficiency is a clinical state and may require a higher, individually tailored intake. This product is designed as a daily nutritional dose, not as a treatment for deficiency.
Why add K2 to the D3?
Vitamin K has a role in normal physiological processes, including blood clotting and bone-related processes. K2 is included as a complementary part of the formulation.
Why add Vitamin A and Vitamin E?
They add nutritional breadth to the formulation. Vitamin A contributes to normal vision and immune function, while Vitamin E functions as an antioxidant.
Why 0.5 mg of Boron Proteinate?
Boron is included as a small supporting ingredient. It is not the reason to choose the product, and its role and claims are deliberately kept modest.
Why use an oral thin film?
The film is designed to dissolve rapidly in the mouth without requiring water. It makes taking your daily nutrients simple, portable and convenient.
Vitamin B12 + B-Complex FAQs
Why is B12 the main ingredient here?
This is a B12-led daily B-complex product. B12 is the anchor ingredient, while the rest of the formulation provides a complete B-vitamin profile along with Zinc and L-Theanine.
Why only 2.2 µg of B12? That sounds tiny?
2.2 µg corresponds to the daily reference intake for adults. A larger number on a label does not automatically mean a better or more appropriate daily product.
So isn't a 500 or 1,000 µg B12 product better?
Not automatically. The amount written on the label does not directly tell you how much the body absorbs. This formulation is designed around a daily reference amount rather than simply using a very large number.
Does an oral thin film mean higher absorption?
We don't make that claim. Current evidence does not justify saying that an oral thin film automatically provides higher absorption. The advantage here is the convenient, water-free delivery format.
Why use an oral thin film for B12?
The film dissolves in the mouth without water, making it simple and convenient to include in a daily routine.
Why combine every B vitamin?
The formulation is not just about B12. B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, biotin and folate each have different roles, creating a more complete B-complex formulation.
Why add Zinc and L-Theanine?
Zinc is an essential mineral involved in processes including cellular metabolism, immune function and protein synthesis. L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea and has been studied in relation to stress and attention.
What makes this B-complex different?
You get a B12-led formulation combined with the complete B-complex, measured Zinc and L-Theanine, delivered in a convenient water-free oral thin film.
